Whether you’re building a cozy farming sim, a fantasy adventure, or a story-driven RPG, your Memao characters can now move and act directly inside RPG Maker with full animation support!

What the Plugin Does

The Memao Animator MZ Plugin connects your exported Memao sprite sheets with RPG Maker’s animation system. Once installed, you can trigger animations like Idle, Walk, Run, and even the new farming animations such as Axe Strike, Pickaxe, Reap, and Water using event commands.

The plugin supports both player characters and NPCs, giving you flexibility to use Memao sprites throughout your entire project.

It also includes customization options for scale, frame rate, and positioning, so your sprites can fit perfectly into your scene layout.

Why We Love It

This plugin was made entirely by a community developer who wanted to make it easier to use Memao characters in RPG Maker. When we first looked into supporting RPG Maker ourselves, we tried an existing plugin that worked for basic walking animations, but we couldn’t get the other animations to function properly. How to Get Started

1. Export your full character from Memao Sprite Sheet Creator.

2. Download the plugin files from CloudTheWolf’s Itch.io page.

3. Add them to your RPG Maker MZ project and enable the plugin in the Plugin Manager.

Once you’re set up, you can start adding animations to your player or NPC events instantly.
